- 1 pound ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in garlic, ginger, soy sauce, carrots, and green onions. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Separate lettuce leaves and spoon the chicken mixture into each leaf.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sriracha to the chicken mixture.
- Feel free to substitute ground turkey or beef.
