  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup brown rice, rinsed
  • 2 cups spinach, chopped
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken and sauté until browned.
  3. Stir in the carrots, celery, onion, garlic, ginger, and turmeric; cook until the vegetables are soft.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
