- 1 package refrigerated biscuits
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups milk
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it.
- In a separate pan, whisk together the flour and milk over medium heat until thickened.
- Add the seasonings to the gravy mix and stir.
- Layer the bottom of a greased casserole dish with the biscuit pieces.
- Pour the gravy mixture over the biscuits, then add the crumbled turkey bacon.
- Sprinkle cheese on top and pour beaten eggs over the entire dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon or substitute with vegetables.
- You may use regular bacon if preferred.
