Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a separate pan, whisk together the flour and milk over medium heat until thickened.
  4. Add the seasonings to the gravy mix and stir.
  5. Layer the bottom of a greased casserole dish with the biscuit pieces.
  6. Pour the gravy mixture over the biscuits, then add the crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top and pour beaten eggs over the entire dish.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian version, omit the turkey bacon or substitute with vegetables.
  • You may use regular bacon if preferred.
