- 1 pound ground lamb

- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground lamb, garlic, spices, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined and form into kofta shapes.
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook koftas for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through.
- In a separate bowl, mix tahini, yogurt, and lemon juice to make the sauce.
- Serve lamb koftas hot with tahini yogurt sauce on the side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, allow the koftas to marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Serve with pita bread and fresh vegetables for a complete meal.
