Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, brown the ground turkey, onion, and garlic until cooked through.
- Add the soy sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, sesame oil, and rice vinegar to the skillet and stir to combine.
- Allow the mixture to simmer for about 5 minutes, letting the flavors meld.
- Serve the turkey mixture on hamburger buns topped with crumbled turkey bacon.
Notes
