- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced

- 1 cup pasta of choice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion, garlic, carrots, and celery; sauté until softened.
- Stir in the turkey bacon and chicken ham; cook until lightly browned.
- Add the chicken broth, thyme, and pepper; bring to a boil.
- Stir in the pasta and cook until al dente.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For a vegetarian version, substitute the bacon and ham with mushrooms.
- Can be frozen for later use; reheat gently.
