- 8 ounces wide rice noodles
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- Add the diced chicken ham and cook until heated through.
- Stir in the garlic and bell pepper, cooking until the pepper is tender.
- Add the cooked noodles and sauces, tossing to combine.
- Top with crispy turkey bacon and green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute chicken ham with regular ham or chicken.
