  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. Add the diced chicken ham and cook until heated through.
  4. Stir in the garlic and bell pepper, cooking until the pepper is tender.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and sauces, tossing to combine.
  6. Top with crispy turkey bacon and green onions before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add red pepper flakes.
