Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Add onions to the skillet and cook until caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the caramelized onions and turkey bacon evenly in the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top, and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until the quiche is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
