- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup queso dip
- 8 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped turkey bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a pan, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add shredded chicken, turkey bacon, cumin, chili powder, and cilantro; mix well.
- Spread some queso in a baking dish, then fill tortillas with the chicken mixture and roll them up.
- Place the rolled tortillas in the baking dish seam-side down, top with remaining queso and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate chicken in spices for a few hours before cooking.
- You can substitute regular bacon for turkey bacon if preferred.
