Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic, and spices.
- Add chicken cubes to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning regularly until cooked through.
