Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and melted butter.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until well combined.
- Add vanilla and salt, then mix until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
