- 2 fillets salmon
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix honey and sriracha.
- Place salmon on a baking sheet and brush with the honey-sriracha mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through.
- While salmon bakes, sauté broccoli in olive oil until tender.
- Serve salmon on a bed of rice, topped with broccoli, soy sauce, and sesame seeds.
