Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup hot sauce
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cups lettuce, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, honey, and hot sauce.
- Add celery, bell peppers, onion, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over shredded lettuce.
Notes
- For a milder flavor, reduce the amount of hot sauce.
- Can be served with tortilla chips for added crunch.
