- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and black pepper.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with sesame oil and add to the pan to thicken the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
