- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine rolled oats and warm water. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Add honey, melted butter, cinnamon, and vanilla extract to the oat mixture. Stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix together salt, baking powder, and all-purpose flour.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients until fully incorporated.
- Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing. Serve warm.
Notes
- For added sweetness, serve with butter and a drizzle of honey.
