Instructions

  2. Add warm water and oil, and knead until smooth.
  3. Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
  4. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
  5. Spread dough into a greased baking tray and make dimples with your fingers.
  6. Fill dimples with fruit jam and let rise again for 30 minutes.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
