Ingredients

- 500 grams bread flour
- 7 grams instant yeast
- 10 grams salt
- 300 ml warm water
- 100 grams sugar
- 50 ml olive oil
- 200 grams fruit jam of your choice
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add warm water and oil, and knead until smooth.
- Cover and let rise until doubled in size, about 1-2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Spread dough into a greased baking tray and make dimples with your fingers.
- Fill dimples with fruit jam and let rise again for 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
- Use any flavor of jam you prefer for a personalized touch.
- Best served fresh on the day of baking but can be stored for up to 2 days.
