- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add the ground turkey and cook until browned.
- In a large bowl, combine the browned turkey, chopped bacon, diced potatoes, chicken ham, green beans, soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking.
- Feel free to substitute other vegetables as desired.
