- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 2 cups potatoes, diced
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add the diced chicken ham, potatoes, and green beans. Cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Add in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish. Top with chopped turkey bacon and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute turkey bacon with regular bacon or omit it for a vegetarian option.
