- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, artichoke hearts, spinach, Greek yogurt, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and golden.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
