- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the beef broth, and heavy cream, and bring to a simmer.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- Add the cooked pasta and parmesan cheese to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- This dish can be garnished with more parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
