- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 slices of turkey bacon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Make a pocket in each chicken breast and fill it with the ricotta mixture.
- Wrap each stuffed chicken breast with turkey bacon.
- Place the wrapped chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
