Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Add the buttermilk and herbs, mixing until just combined.
- Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
- Shape the dough into a round loaf and place it on a baking sheet.
- Cut a cross in the top of the loaf.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and sounds hollow when tapped.
