- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1 onion, chopped

- 1 red bell pepper, diced

- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- Add the diced sweet potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the chicken ham and red bell pepper, continue to cook until the sweet potatoes are tender.
- Stir in smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes, allowing flavors to meld together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
