Ingredients

- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy and remove from pot.
- Add the chicken ham and sauté until heated through.
- Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the diced tomatoes, kidney beans, black beans, chili powder, cumin, and chicken broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 30 minutes.
- Return the turkey bacon to the pot and combine well.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Add more spices for extra heat.
- Serve with cornbread for a complete meal.
