Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the haddock and shrimp, cooking until the seafood is opaque.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

- For added flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice before serving.
