  • 4 cups brown rice or quinoa

Instructions

  3. Add the cooked chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt to the pan.
  4. Mix well and heat through for about 5 minutes.

  6. Combine the chicken mixture with rice or quinoa and mix well.
