- 4 cups shredded hash browns
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, layer the hash browns and press down to form a base.
- Cook of about 10 minutes until golden brown, then flip the hash browns and cook the other side.
- Top with cheese, chicken ham, and cooked turkey bacon.
- Crack eggs on top and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes until eggs are set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some herbs and spices to the hash browns.
- Ensure the eggs are cooked to your preference.
