Ingredients

  • 4 whole wheat burger buns

  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 cup low-calorie condiments

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties of equal size.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
  4. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. Toast the whole wheat buns on the grill until golden brown.
