Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and diced bell peppers; sauté until soft.
- Add ground turkey, cooking until browned.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and seasonings. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve hot.
