Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add onions and mushrooms, cooking until softened.
- Stir in garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Add the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream until well combined.
- Meanwhile, cook egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Serve beef mixture over egg noodles and enjoy!
