- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 4 hoagie rolls
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the onions and bell peppers, cooking until softened.
- Increase the heat to medium-high, add the ground beef, and cook until browned.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place cheese slices on top of the beef mixture and cover until melted.
- Split the hoagie rolls and fill them with the beef and cheese mixture.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
