Ingredients

- 4 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Slice the zucchinis lengthwise into 1/4 inch thick strips.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the zucchini strips with the olive oil mixture.
- Grill the zucchini for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until tender and grill marks appear.
- Remove from grill and sprinkle with feta and basil.
Notes
- For best flavor, use fresh basil.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
