- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, and parsley.
- Add shrimp and toss until well coated.
- Let the shrimp marinate for 15-30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and thread shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Serve warm with additional lemon wedges if desired.
