This Grilled Cheese Sloppy Joes recipe combines two beloved dishes into one indulgent meal.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add sloppy joe sauce to the beef and stir to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- While the mixture simmers, butter one side of each hamburger bun.
- Place cheese on the non-buttered side of the buns, then add a generous scoop of the beef mixture on top.
- Top with the other half of the bun (buttered side out) and grill in a skillet until golden brown and the cheese melts.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
