A delicious and easy recipe for Greek Phyllo Meat Pie made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.

- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add ground turkey and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
- Mix in seasonings and parsley, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Beat the eggs and fold in with the cheese.
- Layer phyllo in a greased baking dish, adding meat mixture and then more phyllo.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Can substitute chicken ham with regular ham.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
