A delicious and easy recipe for Greek Phyllo Meat Pie made with turkey bacon and chicken ham.


Ingredients

  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup diced chicken ham
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
  4. Add ground turkey and chicken ham, cooking until browned.
  5. Mix in seasonings and parsley, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Beat the eggs and fold in with the cheese.
  7. Layer phyllo in a greased baking dish, adding meat mixture and then more phyllo.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.

Notes

  • Can substitute chicken ham with regular ham.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
