  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9 inch baking dish.
  2. In a food processor, blend the pistachios until finely chopped. Set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add flour, salt, and half of the chopped pistachios. Stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios on top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into bars.
