Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
- Add flour, salt, olive oil, garlic, and rosemary. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead for 5 minutes, then let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
- Shape the dough into muffins and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan cheese on top before baking.
