- 200 grams turkey bacon
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large egg
- 50 grams breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, turkey bacon, onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, black pepper, paprika, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined and form into patties.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on each side or until they are browned and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your choice of sides.

- You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey for a lighter option.
- These frikadellen can also be barbecued for a smoky flavor.
