- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine parmesan, garlic, breadcrumbs, melted butter, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the halibut.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
Notes
- For a crispier topping, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes at the end.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or a salad.
