Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add chicken thighs, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove from skillet and place in a baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
