Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the gnocchi and chicken broth, bringing it to a simmer.
- Cook until the gnocchi is soft and has absorbed some of the broth.
- Add spinach and Italian seasoning, cooking until the spinach is wilted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add parmesan cheese on top before serving.
- If using frozen gnocchi, adjust cooking time accordingly.
