Ingredients

  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add olive oil, salt, and flour, and knead the dough until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
  4. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  5. Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  6. Spread minced garlic over the dough, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  7. Sprinkle oregano on top, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven, let it cool, slice, and serve.
