Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil, salt, and flour, and knead the dough until smooth.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour in a warm place.
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the dough and place it on a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread minced garlic over the dough, then top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Sprinkle oregano on top, then bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let it cool, slice, and serve.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh basil before serving.
- Feel free to use any cheese variety you like.
