- 1 pound sirloin steak
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- 2 teaspoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the baby potatoes in half, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy.
- While the potatoes are roasting, cut the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat, then add the steak bites. Season with salt and pepper and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet, then add the remaining butter and cook for another minute.
- Remove the steak bites from heat and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve the steak bites alongside the crispy potatoes.
Notes
- For enhanced flavor, let the steak marinate with garlic and herbs for a couple of hours before cooking.
- Feel free to add other vegetables to the roasted potato mix, such as bell peppers or onions.
