- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and sauté until pink, then stir in heavy cream.
- Layer lasagna noodles, shrimp mixture, and cheeses in a baking dish.
- Repeat layers and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the shrimp mixture.
- This lasagna can be assembled a day ahead and baked when ready.
