Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour and salt.
  3. Combine the yeast mixture with the flour mixture. Knead until smooth.
  4. Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
  5. Punch down the dough and shape it into rolls. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Brush the rolls with melted butter, garlic, and parsley mixture.
  7. Let rolls rise again for about 30 minutes.
  8. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
