Ingredients

  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup mashed potatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil, diced onion, and garlic; sauté until softened.
  4. Add the chicken ham and mixed vegetables, cooking for 5 minutes.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. In a baking dish, layer the cooked mixture and top with mashed potatoes.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
