Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour and cocoa powder together.
- In a separate bowl, combine the maple syrup, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra richness, add vegan chocolate chips into the batter.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
