- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar until creamy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla.
- Sift together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, then gradually add to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into squares.
