- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder

- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before cutting into squares.
Notes
- For extra richness, add nuts or additional chocolate chips.
- These browkies are best served warm with a scoop of ice cream.
