- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups breadcrumbs
- 4 cups vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Wash and slice the strawberries and set them aside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on a flat surface and add sliced strawberries on top.
- Fold the cheesecake mixture and form it into small squares.
- Dip each square into flour, then into beaten eggs, and finally into breadcrumbs.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the cheesecake squares until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and place on paper towels to drain.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra sweetness, dust with more powdered sugar before serving.
